it's a dream
when the dancer dances
it isn't a dream
it's a reality
that feels the passion
that doesn't care about promises
because when you dance
you know that when someone doesn't fulfill their promise
they aren't bad
in fact
they are just like you
trying to dance
trying to feel passion
trying to set their minds free
so they can transfer out of their dreams
and into a reality that is much

View Dance

A great place to go to view dance is On Stage at Kingsborough! It is in Brooklyn. Here is the link to their dance series information: http://www.kbcc.cuny.edu/osk/pages/dance_series.aspx
They just had the Russian Ballet on their stage! I highly recommend this theatre for seeing not only dance, but other performing arts as well. Credit to On Stage At Kingsborugh for the link.

Stag Leaps

Stag leaps are awesome. I learned how to do them in jazz class. The stag leap is my favorite dance step ever because for the few seconds you are in the air, it feels like you are flying.

Dance TV Show- Dance Academy

There is a new show called Dance Academy that is on TeenNick. It is a great show to watch if you are interested in dance. The cast is very talented and they are amazing dancers! It includes many styles of dance, focusing mainly on ballet, and at times, hip hop. I highly recommend it.
